Mt. Olivet Baptist Church hosted Gordon Mote, an accomplished pianist, songwriter and singer who plays with the Gaither Vocal Band, performed for a small concert before a packed audience in the 97-member church’s fellowship hall located 12 miles north of Forest on Hillsboro-Ludlow Road. Mote, a gospel musician, has long been a fixture of the Gaither Gospel Homecoming tour.
